  5.           Attach File Sec Level....: 0
  6.                This  field specifies  the minimum  security level  a caller
  7.                must have in order to attach a file to a message  in a local
  8.                message conference.

  10.           @-variable Sec Level.... : 0
  11.                This  field specifies  the minimum  security level  a caller
  12.                must  have  in order  to be  able to  post messages  with @-
  13.                variables in them in a local message conference.

  16.           Fast Logons............. : Allowed <- This is a toggle field
  17.                By  default, TriBBS  allows the  caller  to perform  a quick
  18.                logon.  A quick logon is performed by preceding the caller's
  19.                name with an asterisk <*> before entering his name at logon.
  20.                If this file is set to "Not Allowed", TriBBS will ignore any
  21.                attempts to perform a quick logon.

  23.           Names Between Nodes..... : Use Aliases  <- This is a toggle field
  24.                By  default,  TriBBS  uses  alias  names on  a  system  that
  25.                supports  aliases  with  the  "Who's  On"  command  and  the
  26.                TeleChat system.   If this field is set to "Use Real Names",
  27.                TriBBS  will  use real  names  on  a  system  that  supports
  28.                aliases.  You  should note that this field is  ignore if the
  29.                sysop has configured his system not to support aliases.

  31.      While  editing the  system  values, the  following  function keys  are

  40.           <CTRL><PGUP>        Move  to the  previous screen  of data  entry
  41.                               fields.
  42.           <F10> or <ESC>      Exit the configure system editor.
